Wisconsin is still riding a high of beating LSU a few weeks back at Lambeau. The Badgers followed that up last week with a 54-10 win over Akron. They have now covered the spread in four straight games entering this week while hitting the over in four of their last seven. Wisconsin has been its usual self on defense, holding opponents to just 240.5 yards per game, but the offense is doing better than one might expect, especially through the air. Bart Houston has thrown for 436 yards through two games with a pair of touchdowns. Corey Clement has rushed for 197 yards and three touchdowns as well to keep the run game solid.
Georgia State has lost to Ball State and Air Force to open the season, each by double digits. They have hit the under in seven of their last eight games. Both sides of the ball are really struggling, as the offense is putting up just 220.5 yards per game, while the defense is allowing 493 yards per contest. The Georgia State ground attack has just 104 yards in two games.

Wisconsin is going to win this game running away, but you almost have to rely on the Badgers to score about 43-45 points for the over to hit. That’s not typically Wisconsin’s style. However, the Panthers are so bad, I could see it happening in this game. Still, I am going to play it safe and go with the under. I don’t know that I expect Georgia State to score at all in this game.
