According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Bulldogs are 16.5-point home favorites versus the Gamecocks after opening as 17-point favorites. The total, meanwhile, opened at 54 and is now down to 53 points.
The Gamecocks are 6-1-1 against the spread in their last eight games versus the Bulldogs and 4-1 ATS in their last five trips to Athens. Georgia, meanwhile, is 5-12-1 ATS in its last 18 games following a win and 1-8 ATS in its last nine games after allowing more than 280 yards passing in its previous game.
Steve Spurrier is 16-6 all-time against Georgia, which is the most wins by any coach against the Bulldogs. While South Carolina might have trouble winning outright, it should keep within the spread.
