OUR PREDICTION: It’s a risk to take Tulane without knowing the status of quarterback Jonathan Banks, who was hit hard in the second quarter last week in the Navy game and is questionable today. That said, I don’t like this spot for Oklahoma. The Sooners are coming off the big win against Ohio State and now takes on a non-conference opponent while laying a huge number. There’s no chance OU loses today, but one bad quarter by the Sooners and Tulane could cover easily.
