OUR PREDICTION: The over is 20-7 in Texas Tech’s last 27 home games and 43-21 in their last 64 games overall. The problem is that the under is 14-4 in the Jayhawks’ last 18 road games, is 11-5 in their last 16 games in September and 23-9 in their last 32 games following an ATS loss. Kansas scored just 7 points at Memphis last week and 21 points versus Ohio in Week 2. The Jayhawks won’t score enough to contribute to the over cashing tonight.
