College Football Week 6 Las Vegas Odds
The College Football Season has a lot of marquee conference matchups in Week 6. Here’s a look at what the Las Vegas Oddsmakers thing of this week’s contests.
The featured game of the week is an SEC battle when No. 10 Florida plays host to No. 7 Auburn on Saturday at 3:30PM ET in a battle of unbeaten teams. According to the oddsmakers at the MGM Mirage in Las Vegas, Auburn is a slight favorite, as the Tigers are getting odds of -3 points against Florida. Both teams come into this weekend’s game at 5-0 overall and 2-0 in the SEC. The Tigers are 1-0 on the road and 5-0 against the spread while Florida is 4-0 at home and 2-3 against the spread. Auburn has won the last three meetings with Florida and covered the spread in five straight meetings. However, these two haven’t met since 2011.
Another featured game this week is a Big Ten battle between, with No. 19 Michigan hosting No. 14 Iowa on Saturday at Noon ET. Oddsmakers at the MGM Mirage have Michigan as the favorite, with the Wolverines getting odds of -4.55 points against Iowa. Iowa is 4-0 on the season and 1-0 in the Big Ten while Michigan is 3-1 overall with a 1-1 mark in the Big Ten. The Hawkeyes are 1-0 on the road and 2-2 against the spread while the Wolverines are 3-0 at home, but just 1-3 against the spread. The home team has won four straight in this series, but the Hawkeyes have covered the spread in three of the last five encounters.
