According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Florida State is actually the favorite on the road in this game, as the Seminoles are getting odds of -2.5 points against the Gators. The over/under total for the game has been set at 43 points. These two meet up tonight at 7:30PM ET on ESPN.

FSU comes in at 9-2 on the season and 7-4 against the spread, largely in part to Cook, who has run for 1,475 yards and 16 tackles. Cook has run for at least 100 yards in seven of FSU’s 11 games this season. He was suspended one game as well. Cook has scored a touchdown in all but one game he played in.

The Challenge for Cook is that he is going up against one of the top defenses in the country. Florida ranks sixth nationally in total defense (281.7 ypg) and eighth in rushing defense (109 ypg). The defense could be what helps Florida improve on its record against the Seminoles, as the Gators have lost four of the last five in this series. Last year, FSU put up 181 rushing yards on Florida in a 24-19 victory.
