California vs. Stanford Odds
Two Pac-12 rivals meet up tonight when No. 15 Stanford hosts California at 10:30PM ET on ESPN.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Stanford is favored at home tonight, as the Cardinal are getting odds of -11 points against Cal. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 64.5 points. Stanford has won five straight meetings with Cal, covering the spread in four of those five games. These two have hit the over in five of their last seven meetings.
Stanford is 8-2 on the season, 7-1 in the Pac-12, 7-3 against the spread and 5-5 with the over/under total. The Cardinal can lock up the Pac-12 North with a win today. They are coming off a 38-36 loss to Oregon at home last week, snapping an eight-game win streak. Stanford averages 37 points and 447.1 yards per game on offense, while the defense is allowing just 22 points and 348.4 yards per contest. The team is led by Christian McCaffrey, who has run for 1,354 yards and seven scores while catching 33 passes for 367 yards. Kevin Hogan has added 2,135 passing yards with 18 touchdowns.
Cal is 6-4 on the season, 3-4 in the Pac-12, 5-5 against the spread and 7-3 with the under. The Bears snapped a four-game losing streak last week with a 54-24 win over Oregon State. Cal is averaging 36.8 points and 511.3 yards per game on offense, while the defense is giving up 28.2 points and 452.2 yards per game. Jared Goff has thrown for 3,319 yards and 30 touchdowns this season while Kenny Lawler has 46 receptions for 562 yards and 10 touchdowns. Vic Enwere has added 467 rushing yards and seven touchdowns.
