Stanford vs. Washington St. Odds

According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Stanford is favored on the road, as the Cardinal is getting odds of -10 points against the Cougars. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 62 points. Stanford has won seven straight over Washington State, going 5-2 against the spread in those seven games.

The Cougars are coming off a 45-42 win at Arizona last week for their third straight win since a 34-28 loss to Cal. Washington State is putting up 36.4 points per game behind its second-rank pass attack that averages 415 yards per game. On defense, Washington State is giving up 31 points and 426.3 yards per contest. Luke Falk has thrown for 2,885 yards and 26 touchdowns to lead the offense while Gabe Marks has caught 57 passes for 717 yards and 10 touchdowns.
