Lattimore had rushed for 818 yards and 10 touchdowns on the year as he helped South Carolina have the 24th-best rushing attack in the country at 197.9 yards per game. Now, South Carolina will have to rely on quarterback Connor Shaw, who has thrown for just 495 yards and five touchdowns in limited action this season.
Tennessee has lost three straight and four of its last five following a 37-6 thrashing at the hands of Alabama. The Vols have lost to the Tide and LSU by a combined total of 75-13 over the last two weeks. Tennessee is now giving up 25.3 points per game and scoring only 25.1 points per contest. The Volunteers have struggled to move the ball on the ground, averaging just 89.4 rushing yards per game, which ranks 115th nationally. Tyler Bray has led the team this season with 1,579 passing yards and 14 touchdowns.
In terms of Injuries, South Carolina safety Corey Addison is doubtful with a head injury while running back Kenny Miles is questionable with a quad injury. Tennessee defensive back Naz Oliver is out with a wrist injury.
