According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, Mississippi State is favored on the road, as the Bulldogs are getting odds of -7.5 points against the Tigers. The over/under total for the game has been set at 43.5 points. These two have no recent meetings but Mississippi State has hit the under in eight straight conference games.

Mississippi State is 6-2 on the season, 2-2 in the SEC, 5-3 against the spread and 5-3 with the under. The Bulldogs are coming off a 42-16 win over Kentucky two weeks ago for their third straight win. Mississippi State is averaging 35.1 points and 445.1 yards per game on offense while the defense is giving up 17.8 points and 375.2 yards per contest.
