Florida Gators Game Notes
Coach Billy Napier said Thursday that Jack Miller will start the Las Vegas Bowl versus Oregon State, Zach Goodall of AllGators.com reports. Napier said Miller is “perfectly healthy,” per Goodall. The Las Vegas Bowl on Dec. 17 will be the first college start in Florida for Miller, a former-four star recruit. He bumps up to the top of the Gators’ depth chart with Anthony Richardson having declared for the 2023 NFL Draft and Jalen Kitna having been dismissed from the team.
Oregon State Beavers Game Notes
Ben Gulbranson was 6-for-13 passing for 60 yards and two interceptions during Saturday’s 38-34 win against Oregon. He also had four rushes for seven yards with two touchdowns. If you used Gulbranson’s stat line as a guide, you’d assume Oregon won handily, but The Beavers ran all over the Ducks and got their scoring on the ground. Gulbranson also contributed to that cause, but his two scores were both goal-line attempts.
