INJURY REPORT: Purdue quarterback David Blough is out with a leg injury while Eddy Wilson (personal), Richie Worship (knee), Grant Hermanns (knee) and Keiwan Jones (knee) are all out as well.
For the Wildcats, Luca Bruno (concussion), Justin Belknap (knee) and Khalil Tate (shoulder) are all probable. Josh Brown (ankle) is questionable.
WHO WE LIKE: Purdue. Tate is one of the most electrifying players in college football but unfortunately he doesn’t play defense…and neither do the Wildcats. The Wildcats are 1-5 against the spread in their last six bowl games, are 1-7 against the number in their last eight games played in the month of December, and are winless at 0-4 against the spread in their last four neutral site games. They’re just 2-5-1 at the betting window in their last eight games versus Big Ten opponents as well.
On the other side, the Boilermakers are a perfect 4-0 against the spread in their last four non-conference games, are 3-1-1 against the number in their last five games against Pac-12 opponents, and have covered in nine of their last 13 games overall.
