Kansas vs. TCU Odds
No. 13 TCU looks to take out its frustration from its first loss last week on Kansas this Saturday when the two meet at Noon ET on FOX Sports 1.
According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, TCU is the clear favorite at home, as the Horned Frogs are getting odds of -45 points against Kansas. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 70.5 points. TCU has won three straight meetings with Kansas, but the Jayhawks have covered the spread in all three contests.
TCU is 8-1 on the season, 5-1 in the Big 12, 4-5 against the spread and 5-4 with the over. The Horned Frogs are coming off a 49-29 loss at Oklahoma State for their first defeat of the season. TCU still has one of the top offenses in the country, ranking second in scoring (46.7 ppg) and in total offense (621.4 ypg). Defensively, TCU is allowing 27.2 points and 396.1 yards per game. Trevone Boykin has thrown for 3,372 yards and 29 touchdowns this year while also rushing for 597 yards and eight scores. Josh Doctson has caught 77 passes for 1,314 yards and 14 touchdowns, but he is questionable for the game with a wrist injury.
Kansas is 0-9 overall, 0-6 in the Big 12, 2-7 against the spread and 5-4 with the over. The Jayhaws are coming off a 59-20 loss to Texas on the road last week. Their last eight losses have been by double figures. Kansas is putting up just 16.9 points and 347.8 yards per game on offense this season, while the defense is allowing 48.4 points and 583.3 yards per game. The offense is led by Ke’aun Kinner, who has run for 455 yards and five touchdowns while Ryan Willis has thrown for 1,174 yards and five touchdowns.
