Nevada hasn’t been too strong on offense this year, averaging just 24 points and 363 yards per game. Defensively, the Wolf Pack are giving up 35.5 points and 389.3 yards per contest. Carson Strong is leading the offense with 683 yards and three touchdowns, but he also has four interceptions. Toa Taua is the leading rusher with 197 yards and two touchdowns while Elijah Cooks has 18 catches for 222 yards and four touchdowns. College Football Betting Trends
Nevada
The Wolf Pack have covered in four straight against winning teams and 5-1 ATS in their last six home games.
Hawaii
The Warriors are 2-10-1 against the spread in their last 13 road games and 5-16 ATS in their last 21 games against a winning team.
Prediction:
Nevada has had Hawaii’s numbers for years, winning and covering the spread in six of the last seven meetings with the Warriors. We saw what Hawaii does on the road in a 52-20 loss to Washington, giving up 52 points to an average Washington offense. Nevada hasn’t looked terribly impressive, but the Wolf Pack are still at home and know how to defend Hawaii. The Warriors don’t bring their offense on the road, so I expect Nevada to win comfortably.
