Navy is giving up a lot of points lately, but the Midshipmen also have posted at least 42 points in their last four games. Their run game should be able to continue to pile up yards, even against an improving Notre Dame defense. The Irish have an offense that can move the ball on this Navy defense as well. Kizer should be able to orchestrate some scoring drives and keep this game very high scoring.
