Miami Hurricanes Game Notes
Head coach Mario Cristobal said after Saturday’s win that Tyler Van Dyke (shoulder) is improving and expects to play before the end of the year, Adam Lichtenstein of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. Van Dyke has not played a full game since Week 7 against Virginia Tech. He came back to start last Saturday but was quickly knocked out of the game after landing hard on his shoulder following a sack. The redshirt sophomore will have two more chances to play in the regular season while the Hurricanes fight to make the postseason.

DJ Uiagalelei completed 19-of-27 passes for 185 yards and a touchdown while adding 15 carries for 32 yards and a touchdown in Saturday’s 31-16 win over Louisville. Uiagalelei had a solid day but wasn’t needed for much as the Clemson offense racked up 248 yards rushing. Uiagalelei did contribute a bit on the rushing end with 32 and a touchdown.
