WHO WE LIKE: Oklahoma. Baker Mayfield out-played Mason Rudolph a year ago in Norman and I’m not about to bet against Mayfield as an underdog today. He has completed 72.5 percent of his passes with 23 touchdowns to just three interceptions. He’s at the controls of one of the most dynamic offenses in college football.
Oklahoma is 12-2 against the spread on the road against teams with at least a 60% winning percentage. Oklahoma State, meanwhile, is 3-9 against the number at home against offensive teams averaging more than 6.0 yards per play.
This might come down to who has the ball last but if it’s Mayfield, I love my chances of cashing on the Sooners in what is essentially an elimination game for both teams.
