Oregon State vs. Oregon Predictions Against the Spread 11/25/17

Oregon State vs. Oregon Prediction

Will the Oregon Ducks cover the point spread as a massive favorite tonight when they host the Oregon State Beavers in the latest installment of the Civil War?

ODDSMAKERS LIKE: Oregon. According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Ducks are 25-point favorites versus the Beavers, who opened as 21.5-point road underdogs. The total, meanwhile, is sitting at 63 points after hitting the board at 62.

THE PUBLIC LIKES: Oregon. As of Saturday morning, just over 50% of betting tickets are on the Ducks to cover the spread.

HISTORICAL TRENDS LIKE: The over and Oregon State. The over is a perfect 7-0 in the last seven meetings between these two teams in Oregon and has cashed in 12 of the last 15 meetings overall. The Beavers are also 4-0-1 against the spread in their last five games in Eugene while the road team is 9-1-1 at the betting window in the last 11 meetings between these two teams. Finally, the underdog is 7-3-1 against the spread in the last 11 meetings.

WHO WE LIKE: Oregon. Every trend favors the Beavers but I think this will be a blowout. With Justin Herbert back under center, the Ducks routed an Arizona team last week that was playing with a lot of confidence coming in. This is a rivalry game so anything can happen, but this should be a rout now that Oregon is finally healthy.

The Beavers are just 3-8 against the spread in their last 11 games overall, are 1-5 against the number in their last six road games, and are 1-6 at the betting window in their last seven games coming off an ATS loss. On the other side, the Ducks are 21-10-2 at the betting window in their last 33 home games versus an opponent that owns a losing road record.
