ODDSMAKERS LIKE: Washington. According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Huskies are 17-point home favorites versus the Ducks, who opened as a 24.5-point road underdog. The total, meanwhile, is sitting at 52.5 after hitting the board at 55.

THE PUBLIC LIKES: Washington. As of Saturday morning, the Huskies were receiving 53% of tickets at the betting window.

HISTORICAL TRENDS LIKE: Oregon. The Ducks are 5-0 against the spread in their last five trips to Seattle and are 12-3-1 against the number in their last 16 games versus the Huskies overall. The under is also 5-2 in the last seven meetings in Seattle while the road team is 5-2-1 against the number in the last eight meetings.

WHO WE LIKE: Oregon. The Ducks have dominanted this series both straight up and against the spread. Granted, Washington exercised some demons a year ago in Eugene while waxing OU, 70-21. But both teams are different this time around. Washington is down 46 yards per game from last season and while its defense remains outstanding, the fact that the Huskies scored a single touchdown to ASU a few weeks ago is troubling. The Huskies did get back on track last week, but it came against a UCLA team that lost Josh Rosen during the game and let’s be honest, quit on its season a few weeks ago.

Washington is just 2-9 against the spread as a Pac-12 favorite of 13 or more points. Oregon could also get quarterback Justin Herbert back this week after he warmed up last Saturday before the Ducks waxed Utah. Oregon is too dangerous to lay 17 points against tonight.
