View College Football Odds

According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Alabama is favored in this championship game, as the Crimson Tide are getting odds of -6.5 points against Clemson. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 50.5 points. These two meet tonight at 8:30PM ET on ESPN from University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ.

Coker leads Alabama (13-1, 8-6 ATS) into tonight’s game fresh off a performance against Michigan State where he went 25 of 30 passing for 286 yards with two touchdowns. He set a season-high in yards in the game and really set the tone for the victory. The Tide are up against Clemson (14-0, 7-7 ATS) tonight and the Tigers have the sixth-ranked defense in college football, allowing just 302 yards per game. Clemson also ranks ninth in pass defense, allowing only 177.2 yards per contest.

Oddsmakers have set Coker’s over/under for passing yards in this game at 215.5, while his over/under for passing touchdowns is set at 1.5. For the season, Coker has thrown for 2,775 yards with just 19 touchdowns. Coker has been strong as of late, however, throwing for multiple TDs in three of his last four games, including the SEC Championship and playoff semifinal. He also has three passing touchdowns in the team’s lone loss to Ole Miss. Yards haven’t been a big aspect for Coker due to having the Heisman winner, Derrick Henry, in the backfield, but he has hit 216 yards or more in three games this season.
