Rutgers rolls against Texas State
Rutgers had a pretty impressive win its opener, defeating Texas State at home, 35-7. The Scarlet Knights covered a 16.5-point spread and went under the 48-point total. Rutgers has now hit the under in three of their last four games.
The Knights were dominant in their victory last weekend as they put up 423 yards of offense while holding Texas State to just 176 total yards. The only rough spot for Rutgers was turnovers, as they committed four in the win. Quarterback Artur Sitkowski threw for 205 yards with one touchdown and three interceptions in the win while three different backs rushed for over 60 yards. Rutgers finished with 218 rushing yards on 46 carries.
Ohio State rolls in opener

The Buckeyes looked unstoppable on offense in the win, racking up 721 yards in total behind 375 rushing yards and 346 passing yards. Quarterback Dwayne Haskins threw for 313 yards and five touchdowns on 22 of 30 passing in his first start. Mike Weber rushed for a career-high 186 yards on 20 carries while J.K. College Football Betting Trends
Rutgers
The Knights are 5-2 with the under in their last seven road games and 5-2 with the under in their last seven games in September.
Ohio State
Ohio State has hit the over in nine of its last 11 conference games and in 8 of its last 10 games following a win.
Prediction:
Rutgers had a nice offensive showing against Texas State, but Ohio State is far from Texas State. I think the Buckeyes should continue their dominant offensive showing this week at home. Ohio State showed its defense may give up some big plays, so I can see Rutgers contributing to this total. These two are 2-2 with the total in their four Big Ten meetings, but I like the over to hit in this one.
