TCU Horned Frogs Game Notes
Kendre Miller tallied 21 carries for 158 yards and one touchdown and reeled in his only target for five yards during Saturday’s 34-24 win against Texas Tech. Miller is one of the hottest backs in the nation with a touchdown in 10 straight games and 100-yard rushing performances in six of his last seven games. TCU is starting to lean more on their top back as well as he’s received at least 21 carries in three of his last four contests. No reason to not keep riding the hot hand as TCU looks to stay undefeated at Texas next week.
Texas Longhorns Game Notes
Bijan Robinson totaled 30 rushes for 209 yards and one touchdown and caught 2 of 4 targets for 34 yards during Saturday’s 34-27 win against Kansas State. Robinson eclipsed 200 rushing yards for the second time in his career, the other coming in Week 5 of last season at TCU where he had 216 yards and two touchdowns on 35 carries. He’s truly been the best back in the nation with seven straight 100-yard games and 14 total touchdowns on the year. Robinson will go up against the aforementioned TCU squad who is undefeated this year and he’ll be looking to have a huge game once again next week.
