Texas-San Antonio Roadrunners Game Notes
Frank Harris announced Wednesday that he will return to the Roadrunners for the 2023-24 season, Greg Luca of the San Antonio Express-News reports. Harris will return to UTSA with his final year of eligibility. Harris has played 42 games over four seasons. He completed 305-of-429 passes for 3,865 yards, 31 touchdowns and seven interceptions to go along with 588 yards and nine touchdowns on the ground in 13 games in 2022-23.
Troy Trojans Game Notes
Gunnar Watson completed 12 of 17 passes for 319 yards and three touchdowns Saturday. Watson started off strong, hitting Deshon Stoudemire for a 65 yards touchdown on the first play of the second drive. He went on to complete 70 percent of his passes, his highest mark in a complete game of the 2022 season. The Trojans are the Sun Belt Champions, and will await their bowl selection Sunday.
