UCLA Bruins Game Notes
Dorian Thompson-Robinson completed 18 of 23 passes for 299 yards, four touchdowns and one interception in Saturday’s 42-32 win over Utah. He also rushed 11 times for nine yards and a touchdown. Behind Thompson-Robinson’s stellar streak of games, UCLA is looking like a true contender for the Pac-12 title, especially after knocking off the 2021 Pac-12 champion Utah. The fifth-year senior’s only mistake was a costly interception that put Utah in scoring position. Otherwise, he logged a brilliant game for the Bruins.
Oregon Ducks Game Notes
Bo Nix completed 20 of 25 passes for 265 yards in Saturday’s 49-22 win over Arizona. He also rushed eight times for 70 yards and three touchdowns. Nix was efficient in the passing game, but he’s been a walking highlight reel on the ground. He now has eight rushing touchdowns to his credit, with five of them coming over the last two weeks. The dual-threat dimension makes him a fantasy gold mine in most formats, but he may be in for regression against the surging UCLA Bruins in two weeks.

UCLA vs. Oregon Betting Prediction
This might feel/seem like a lot of points to lay in a game of this magnitude but I do like Oregon to cover. The Ducks are a perfect 5-0 against the spread in their last five home games, are 4-1 against the number in their last five games overall and have covered in four of their last five games after scoring more than 40 points in their previous contest. The Bruins, meanwhile, are just 16-33 at the betting window in their last 49 games played in October, are 6-13-1 against the spread in their last 20 games after accumulating more than 280 yards passing in their previous contest and are 4-11 against the number in their last 15 games when facing an opponent with a winning record.
