This information is subject to change, however, so be sure to check out our NCAAF Public Betting Page for updated figures on the game.

Badgers looking for big road win

Wisconsin has won its last three games since losing back-to-back games to Illinois and Ohio State. The Badgers are coming off a 45-24 win at home over Purdue last week to move to 9-2 on the season and 6-2 in the Big Ten. Wisconsin is also 6-5 against the spread and 6-5 with the under.

The Badgers have been led by their defense this season, giving up just 14.4 points and 270.3 yards per contest. Zack Baun has been leading the defense with 53 tackles and 9.5 sacks. On offense, Wisconsin is averaging 35.5 points and 442.3 yards per contest. Jonathan Taylor is leading the Wisconsin offense with 1,685 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns. Jack Coan has thrown for 2,029 yards and 15 touchdowns, while Quintez Cephus is the leading receiver with 40 catches for 606 yards and five scores.

Minnesota looking to reach Indy

Minnesota suffered a 23-19 loss at Iowa two weeks ago, but bounced back with a 38-22 win at Northwestern last weekend to stay atop the Big Ten West. The Gophers are 10-1 on the season, 7-1 in the Big Ten, 7-3-1 against the spread and 7-4 with the over.

The Golden Gophers are solid on both sides of the ball. The defense is giving up 21 points and 300.1 yards per game this year. Antoine Winfield Jr. is leading the defense with 73 tackles, three sacks and seven interceptions. Offensively, Minnesota is putting up 35.9 points and 431.8 yards per game. Tanner Morgan has thrown for 2,679 yards and 26 touchdowns to lead the offense this year, while Rodney Smith has rushed for 1,063 yards and eight touchdowns. The Gophers have two 1,000-yards receivers in Rashod Bateman and Tyler Johnson, who also each have 10 touchdowns receptions.

College Football Betting Trends

Wisconsin

The Badgers have hit the under in five of their last seven road games and in six of their last eight games following a win of more than 20 points.

Minnesota

The Golden Gophers have hit the over in four of their last five games overall and in four of their last five conference games.

Prediction:

These two have hit the under in their last two meetings and I think the under is going to be the play on Saturday. Defense is the strength of both teams, and with a title on the line, I think it will be what stands out in this game. The Badgers haven’t been as dominant on defense in recent weeks, but I think they will still keep Minnesota in the 20-point range. I don’t see the Badgers lighting the world on fire on the road either. They were held to 7 at Ohio State and 23 at Illinois. Minnesota hasn’t given up more than 26 in a conference game this year.

College Football Week 14 Prediction: Wisconsin/Minnesota Under 47.5
