The divisional round will start on Saturday afternoon when the Denver Broncos host the Baltimore Ravens at 4:30PM ET. According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Broncos have opened as 9.5-point favorites versus the Ravens, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 45 points.
On Saturday night the two-seeded San Francisco 49ers will host the Green Bay Packers at 8:00PM ET. The Niners have opened as 3-point favorites over the Pack, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 45 points. This is a rematch of a Week 1 matchup in Green Bay when the 49ers beat the Packers 30-22 as a 6-point underdog.
On Sunday Marshawn Lynch and the red-hot Seattle Seahawks will travel to Atlanta to take on the top-seeded Falcons at 1:00PM ET. Oddsmakers list the Falcons as only a slight favorite at -1, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 45.5 points. After beating the Redskins in the wild card round, the Hawks have now won six straight games and have covered in five of those six contests. As for the Falcons, they’re 0-3 under head coach Mike Smith in the postseason.
The final game of the weekend will take place in Foxboro when the New England Patriots host the Houston Texans at 4:30PM ET. The Patriots crushed the Broncos 42-14 in Week 14 when many people thought that game would be a preview of the AFC title game. Houston wound up limping into the postseason after failing to secure a first-round bye, but the Texans did beat the Bengals 19-13 as a 4-point favorite in the wild card round.
