Zac Stacy has been a recent bright spot, rushing for 624 yards and four touchdowns this year, but he suffered a concussion last week and is questionable for the game. Kellen Clemens will be under center. He has 801 yards and four touchdowns on the season.
In terms of Injuries, San Francisco defensive tackles Cornellius Carradine (knee) and Ray McDonald (ankle) are both questionable. St. Louis running back Daryl Richardson (foot) and guard Harvey Dahl (knee) are both questionable as well.
