The over/under total opened at 40.5 points but quickly dropped to 40.
Cleveland is coming off a 27-11 loss to Pittsburgh. It was the Browns’ fifth loss in six games, with four of the losses coming by double figures. Cleveland is struggling on offense, and has a lot of injury issues at quarterback. Despite being benched on two separate occasions, Brandon Weeden is back under center for this game. He has thrown for 1,361 yards and six touchdowns this season, but also has seven interceptions. Josh Gordon is leading the offense with 54 catches for 988 yards and five touchdowns. The defense is being led by Joe Haden, who has 40 tackles with three interceptions and 16 pass deflections.
The Jaguars picked up a 13-6 win at Houston last week for their second win in three games. Jacksonville is still averaging just 273 yards per game on offense and the defense has given up 375.9 yards per contest, but they are playing close games as of late. Chad Henne has thrown for 2,124 yards and four touchdowns this season, but also has nine interceptions. Cecil Shorts has added 58 catches for 700 yards and one score. The defense is being led by Paul Posluszny, who has 102 tackles with two interceptions and eight pass deflections.
In terms of Injuries, defensive lineman Craig Robertson (knee) and defensive lineman Armonty Bryant (back) are both questionable. Jacksonville defensive back Will Blackmon (shoulder) and receiver Mike Brown (shoulder) are both questionable as well.
