Miami jumped out to a 2-0 start with road wins at Cleveland and Indianapolis. The Dolphins have been impressive on defense thus far, holding opponents to 15 points and 369.5 yards per game. Offensively, Miami is averaging just 23.5 points and 336.5 yards per game. Ryan Tannehill is leading the offense with 591 passing yards and two touchdowns. Defensively, Cameron Wake and Derrick Shelby have combined for 4.5 sacks.
The Falcons got their first win of the season, beating the Rams, 31-24 last week. Atlanta got awfully banged up in the win, losing a few key players, including running back Steven Jackson, who is out for a few weeks with a thigh injury. Atlanta still has a strong offense, led by quarterback Matt Ryan, who has thrown for 678 yards and four touchdowns in the two games. Julio Jones is off to a strong start as well, catching 18 passes for 248 yards and two scores.
In terms of Injuries, Atlanta linebacker Sean Weatherspoon (foot) and tackle Mike Johnson (leg) are both out for this game. Miami safety Chris Clemons (undisclosed) and cornerback Dimitri Patterson (leg) are both questionable.
