Jaguars vs. Seahawks Odds
SEATTLE, WA (The Spread) – The Seattle Seahawks seem to have a very lopsided matchup on Sunday when they host the Jacksonville Jaguars at 4:25PM ET on CBS.
Seattle is 2-0 on the season, 1-0 at home and 2-0 against the spread. Jacksonville is 0-2 on the year, 0-1 on the road and 0-2 against the spread. The home team has won four of the last five in this series.

According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Seattle is a near-historic favorite at home this week, as the Seahawks have amazing odds of -19 points against Jacksonville. The over/under total for the game has been set at 40.5 points (View Matchup). The opening odds for this game had the Seahawks favored by 20 points. The spread actually hit a high of 21 points before moving back to Seattle -19. The over/under total for the game opened at 41 points and simply dropped back to 40.5.
Seattle is off to a 2-0 start thanks to a 29-3 win at home over the 49ers. The Seattle defense has been very impressive thus far, allowing just 5.5 points per game while holding opponents to 230 yards per contest. The Seahawks have the top passing defense through two games, allowing only 113 yards per game through the air. Offensively, Russell Wilson is managing the team well, throwing for 462 yards and two touchdowns while Marshawn Lynch has rushed for 141 yards and two scores.
The Jaguars haven’t really had anything positives thus far. Jacksonville is averaging just 5.5 points and 212.5 yards per game on offense while the defense is giving up 23.5 points and 316 yards per contest. When it comes to the offense, Chad Henne has thrown for 277 yards and a touchdown to lead the team while Maurice Jones-Drew has 72 rushing yards on 25 carries.
In terms of Injuries, Seattle cornerback Brandon Browner (hamstring) and defensive end Chris Clemons (knee) are both questionable. Jacksonville tight end Marcedes Lewis (calf) and quarterback Blaine Gabbert (hand) are both doubtful to play.
