The Falcons are coming off the bye, but suffered a 22-21 loss to the Lions in London prior to that. Atlanta blew a 21-0 halftime lead in that loss and have lost five straight entering this game. The Atlanta defense is struggling, allowing 408.8 yards per game. The offense hasn’t been too bad, moving the ball for 375.6 yards per game. Matt Ryan has thrown for 2,306 yards and 15 touchdowns to lead the offense despite a number of injuries to his offensive line. Julio Jones has added 53 receptions for 734 yards and three scores. The defensive leader is Paul Worrilow, who has 78 tackles and one sack.
Tampa Bay is coming off a 22-17 loss at Cleveland last week for its fourth straight loss. The Bucs have had five of their seven losses come by 6 points or less. The offensive is averaging just 303.9 yards per game on offense while giving up 399.9 yards per contest. Mike Glennon has thrown for 1,417 yards and 10 touchdowns this season to go with six interceptions while Mike Evans has caught 32 passes for 460 yards and four scores. The defense is being led by Lavonte David, who has 89 tackles and 15 tackles for loss.
In terms of Injuries, Tampa Bay running back Doug Martin (ankle) and tackle Anthony Collins (foot) are questionable for the game. Atlanta guard Justin Blalock (back) and defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux (foot) are also questionable.
