The defense has been struggling, as they rank 32nd in rush defense, allowing 154.5 yards per game. The pass defense currently ranks fifth, allowing just 213.5 yards per game through the air.
Carolina is coming off a 37-37 tie with Cincinnati. The Panthers have been improving offensively as of late, now averaging 343.8 yards per game, but the defense has been really struggling, giving up an average of 392.5 yards per game. Carolina has allowed at least 37 points in three of its last four games. Cam Newton has thrown for 1,267 yards and seven touchdowns this year while rushing for 149 yards and one score. The defense is led by Luke Kuechly, who has 74 tackles with one sack and four tackles for loss.
In terms of Injuries, Green Bay receiver Jarrett Boykin (knee) and cornerback Sam Shields (knee) are both questionable for this game. Carolina receiver Kelvin Benjamin (concussion) and cornerback Josh Norman (shoulder) are also questionable.
