2015 NFL Betting Odds – What are the biggest line moves for Week 5?

NFL Week 5 Line Movements

What are the biggest line movements for Week 5 in the NFL? Let’s start in Nashville where the Titans will host the Bills at 1:00PM ET.

View NFL Week 5 Odds

Bills vs. Titans +1, 1:00PM ET

The Titans opened as a 3-point home favorite but the sharps jumped on the home underdog and moved the line down to 1, which is where the point spread is now. Any value that bettors had in Tennessee +3 is gone.

Saints vs. Eagles, 1:00PM ET

The struggling Eagles are just 1-3 straight up and 1-3 against the spread but after opening as a 5-point home favorite today, Philadelphia is now a 6.5-point favorite. The total has also moved, going from 48 up to 49.5.

Jaguars vs. Bucs, 1:00PM ET

Are bettors actually backing the Jaguars? It would appear as though that’s the case, as Jacksonville has gone from a 3-point road underdog to a 1-point dog for today’s game versus the Bucs. Both teams are 1-3 but the Jags have had slightly more success at the betting window, going 2-2 against the spread. Tampa Bay is 1-3 ATS on the year.

Broncos vs. Raiders, 4:25PM ET

The Broncos are a perfect 4-0 straight up and 3-1 against the spread but the line is moving away from Denver, which opened as a 5.5-point road favorite. The Broncos are now 4-point road favorites as bettors are taking an improved Oakland team getting points.

Cardinals vs. Lions, 4:05PM ET

You saw this coming. The Cardinals opened as 2.5-point road favorites but the line has jumped to 4 as bettors expect Arizona to bounce back from its first loss of the season (a 24-22 slipup vs. the Rams in Week 4). The Lions are also the only winless team left in the NFL and are coming off a short week after playing in Seattle on Monday night.
