Steelers vs. Chiefs Odds
The Pittsburgh Steelers look to pick up another win on Sunday when they hit the road to face the Kansas City Chiefs at 1PM ET on CBS.
According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, there is no line currently available for this game as both teams have some key injuries that are still playing out in regards to who will be on the field this Sunday. Pittsburgh has won three straight meetings with the Chiefs, but Kansas City is 3-1 against the spread in the last four games. These two have hit the under in three straight meetings.
Pittsburgh is 4-2 on the season, 5-0-1 against the spread and 5-1 with the under. The Steelers are coming off a 25-13 win over the Cardinals last week in which they had to use Landry Jones at QB. He threw for 168 yards and two touchdowns to lead the offense to the win while Le’Veon Bell had 88 rushing yards. Martavis Bryant added caught six passes for 137 yards and two touchdowns. Jones will get the start again this weekend with Ben Roethlisberger and Mike Vick both injured. Pittsburgh is averaging 24.2 points and 349.7 yards per game on offense while the defense is holding opponents to 18 points and 376.5 yards per contest.
Kansas City is 1-5 on the season, 1-5 against the spread and 4-2 with the over. The Chiefs are coming off a 16-10 loss to the Vikings on the road last week. The Chiefs have two big injuries to deal with as Jeremy Maclin is questionable to play with a concussion while QB Alex Smith has a thumb injury that has him questionable. They are the key pieces to an offense that is averaging 21.2 points and 341 yards per game. Smith has thrown for 1,573 yards and six touchdowns while Maclin has 39 receptions for 531 yards and a score. The KC defense is allowing 26.5 points and 372.8 yards per game this season. The unit is led by Justin Houston and Allen Bailey, who have a combined 8.5 sacks.
