ARLINGTON, TX (The Spread) – The Detroit Lions are hoping to get one of their top defensive players back after a long absence when they face the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. What is the latest injury news on this game?

The key injury for the Lions is defensive tackle Nick Fairley, who has missed the last eight games with a sprained MCL and PCL. Fairley actually joined the team in practice this week, but his status for the game is still unknown. He is currently listed as doubtful, but will be a game-time decision. Guard Larry Warford will be out for the game after suffering a knee injury in Green Bay last week.

According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Dallas is the favorite in this game, as the Cowboys are getting odds of -6.5 points against the Lions on Sunday. The over/under total for the game has been set at 48 points (View Matchup). These two will meet this Sunday at 4:40PM ET on FOX.
