According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Carolina is favored heavily in the game, as they are getting odds of -6.5 points against the Cardinals at home. The over/under total for the game has been set at 38 points (View Matchup).

When it comes to the public betting for this game, the public likes Carolina to not only win, but cover the spread. The Panthers are currently getting 55 percent of the public wagers at -6.5 points against Arizona on Saturday afternoon. These two will meet in the first playoff game of the weekend at 4:35 PM ET on ESPN.

Bet on NFL Playoff Odds

The biggest issue for the Cardinals is their injury issues. Ryan Lindley will be the starting quarterback in this game and the team is without Andre Ellington in the backfield. Carolina has the home field and has won four straight coming in, despite going just 2-2 against the spread in those games. Despite Arizona’s struggles, they are 3-1 ATS in their last four games.
