NFL Week 4 Preseason Point Spreads
LAS VEGAS, NV (The Spread) – Every team will be in action on Thursday night when the NFL wraps up its preseason schedule for 2015.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book GT Bets, the Redskins are 4.5-point home favorites versus the Jaguars for 7:30PM ET. Kirk Cousins is expected to start the game after being named the starter over Robert Griffin III earlier this week. It would appear as though the RGIII era is done in Washington, or at least for the moment.
At 7:30PM ET, the Patriots will host the Giants as a 3-point favorite. Tom Brady is out for the game and while Giants receiver Victor Cruz is listed as probable at some websites, it would be a surprise to see him dress for the team’s final preseason game. Cruz is coming off a nasty knee injury and his calf is also a concern.
One other game of note: The Bills and Lions are a pick’em at 7:30PM ET. Buffalo settled on a starting quarterback earlier this week, naming Tyrod Taylor the starter over Matt Cassel and E.J. Manuel. LeSean McCoy is also out for the Bills.
