NFL Week 3 Las Vegas Point Spreads
Several injuries to starting quarterbacks have affected the Week 3 NFL lines in Las Vegas.
Starting in Dallas where the Cowboys will host the Falcons on Sunday, Atlanta is a 1-point road favorite with Tony Romo set to miss the game due to a broken claviacle. The game opened as a pick’em late Sunday night but with action being placed on the Falcons, the line has moved in their favor.
In Charlotte, the Panthers will host fellow NFC South rival the Saints, who will likely be without quarterback Drew Brees for the 1:00PM ET kick off. Brees was dealing with shoulder problems last week in the Saints’ embarrassing loss to the Bucs but even with Luke McCown set to make the start for New Orleans, Carolina is only a 3-point favorite in Vegas.
Finally in Seattle, the Seahawks will host the Bears in their home opener of 2015 and with Jay Cutler set to miss the game due to a hamstring injury, Jimmy Clausen will draw the start. With Clausen in and Cutler out, Chicago is a 14-point road dog in Vegas.
