The over/under total for the contest has been set at 41.5 points. The Titans have won five straight meetings with the Bills and covered the spread in four straight in this series.

Marcus Mariota has thrown for 833 yards and eight touchdowns in his rookie season with the Titans. Kendall Wright is his leading target, as he has 13 catches for 213 yards and two scores. The Tennessee defense is led by Derrick Morgan, who has 12 tackles and three sacks.
