Chicago Bears Fantasy Spin
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Mitchell Trubisky’s MRI revealed a dislocated left shoulder and “slight” labrum tear. Trubisky reportedly doesn’t need surgery and will be back “sooner rather than later.” He’ll make the trip to London in Week 5, but with a bye week scheduled for the ensuing Sunday, he can be unofficially ruled out ahead of time. A spot-start against the Raiders isn’t the worst position to be in for Chase Daniel, who engineered points on 4 of Chicago’s first 5 drives off the bench in Sunday’s win. Trubisky should be able to return for Week 7.
Oakland Raiders Fantasy Spin
Raiders coach Jon Gruden considers Tyrell Williams (foot) questionable for Sunday’s Week 5 game against the Bears. Williams, the only receiver in the league who has scored a touchdown in all four games this season, hasn’t practiced this week while nursing an injured foot. With J.J. Nelson also banged up (a knee injury has limited his practice availability this week), Oakland’s receiving corps could be shorthanded for Sunday’s tilt in London. If that’s the case, expect the Raiders to funnel their offense through workhorse Josh Jacobs and breakout tight end Darren Waller.

The Bears have covered in 11 of their last 15 games overall and are 5-1 against the number in their last six meetings with the Raiders.
Oakland
The Raiders are just 17-36-1 against the spread in their last 54 games following a straight up win.
Prediction
I don’t see much of a drop off from Trubisky to Daniel. While Daniel isn’t the runner that Trubisky is, it’s not as if the Bears’ passing game took a significant hit. The key here is that the Bears have yet to allow an opponent to crack 16 points this season and have held opponents to 17 or fewer in 15-of-21 games since the start of last season. A lot has been made of Chicago’s inexperience when it comes to traveling to London but once the ball is kicked on Sunday, that narrative is likely to be debunked. I don’t see how the Raiders score and while I don’t love laying nearly a touchdown with a Chicago offense that has had issues moving the ball as well, I feel confident that Daniel can at least limit turnovers and not give Oakland golden scoring opportunities
