Bengals still an AFC favorite

According to oddsmakers at MyBookie.ag, the Bengals are the clear favorite in today’s game, as they are getting odds of -10 points against the Rams. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 42 points. These two meet today at 1PM ET on FOX.
After an 8-0 start, the Bengals have suffered back-to-back losses to the Texans and Cardinals by a combined seven points. They are 8-1-1 against the spread and still the AFC North leader by two games and second in the AFC standings. Oddsmakers have them as a -800 favorite to win the division, while their odds to win the AFC are set at 5/1. Their odds to win the Super Bowl currently sit at 14/1, which is actually behind the Steelers, who have 12/1 odds.
The Bengals meet up with one of the league’s worst offenses in the Rams. St. Louis is 4-6 on the season and 4-5-1 against the spread. The Rams have lost three straight and they come into this game with the 31st-ranked scoring offense (17.9 ppg) and 31st-ranked offense in terms of yards (299.9 ypg). While St. Louis has a stud running back in Todd Gurley, who has 775 yards and six scores, he meets up with a Cincinnati defense that is giving up just 18.6 points per game.
