Buffalo Bills DFS Spin
Isaiah McKenzie cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol. The slot receiver is “good to go,” per Bills head coach Sean McDermott. McKenzie was sidelined last week against the Steelers after exiting the team’s Week 4 game against the Ravens with a brain injury. McKenzie had rotated with Jamison Crowder at the slot position. With Crowder now out with a broken ankle, it remains to be seen if McKenzie will split slot duties with rookie WR Khalil Shakir, who acquitted himself nicely in Week 5 against the Steelers (75 yards and a touchdown while running a route on 72 percent of Josh Allen’s drop backs).
Kansas City Chiefs DFS Spin
Patrick Mahomes completed 29-of-43 passes for 292 yards and four touchdowns in the Chiefs’ 30-29, Week 5 win over the Raiders Monday night. Kansas City got off to a really slow start, falling into a 17-0 hole midway through the second quarter. Mahomes eventually found Travis Kelce from the one-yard line in the second frame to pull within 20-10 at the half. Mahomes ended up throwing for close to 200 yards after the break, erasing the deficit entirely while throwing three more touchdowns to Kelce, totaling four on the night between the duo. Mahomes leads the league with 15 touchdown passes, and he and second-place Josh Allen (14) will square off at Arrowhead next Sunday in an AFC Divisional Round rematch for the ages. Mahomes is an obvious elite QB1.

Bills vs. Chiefs Prediction:
I won’t pass up the opportunity to back Mahomes as a home dog. The Chiefs are 6-2 against the spread in their last eight home games, are 5-2 against the number in their last seven games played in the month of October and are 7-3 at the betting window in their last 10 games when facing an opponent with a winning record. On the other side, the Bills are just 2-5-1 against the spread in their last eight games when facing an opponent with a winning record and have dropped four of their last five games ATS on the road when facing an opponent with a winning home record.
