Public Betting: Public Bettors Backing Bills

As of this writing, our NFL Public Betting page shows that 78% of bets are on Buffalo. That said, this page is updated frequently so make sure that you click on the link provided so that you’re getting the most updated information.

Buffalo Bills

The Bills pulled out a 27-25 win over the Ravens last week. Buffalo was leading 21-10 at half time but started playing conservatively in the second half which only got them two field goals. It ended up being just enough. The Ravens scored a touchdown with under 2 minutes left but the 2 point conversion was dropped and the Bills escaped with a victory. Josh Allen completed 16 of 22 pass attempts for 127 yards. James Cook rushed for 67 yards. The defense came up with an interception and two fumble recoveries. Safety Taylor Rapp has been ruled out. Rookie Cole Bishop is set to take his spot. Cornerback Christian Benford is currently questionable as he remains in concussion protocol.

Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs played their first game of the post season last week with a 23-14 win over the Houston Texans. Patrick Mahomes completed 16 of 25 pass attempts for 177 yards and a touchdown. The ground game managed just 50 yards on 22 carries. Playoff Travis Kelce was in full effect with 117 receiving yards and a touchdown. The defense had 8 sacks and 9 tackles for loss.

Buffalo is 12-2 SU in their last 14 games

The OVER is 5-1 in Buffalo’s last 6 road games

Kansas City is 5-0 SU in their last 5 home games

The OVER is 5-2 in the last 7 games between these two teams

Bills vs. Chiefs Prediction:

Take the over in this matchup. The over is 6-2-2 in Buffalo’s last 10 games and 5-1 in their last 6 road games. The regular season matchup between these two hit 51 total points. The over has hit in 5 of the last 7 games between these two, including the last 3 playoff meetings between them. The Bills rank 2nd in the NFL in points per game averaging 30.7. The Chiefs scored 23 points last week against a very strong Texans defense. The Bills are battling injuries in the secondary. Both teams have powerful offenses and know they can’t take their foot off the gas in this one. I think we see a lot of points here.

Bills vs. Chiefs Prediction: Over 48.5
