Lions vs. Seahawks Line Movement
Both the point spread and total have climbed a half-point in tonight’s Lions and Seahawks NFL Wildcard matchup.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Seahawks are now 8-point home favorites versus the Lions while the total sits at 43 points. Seattle opened at 7.5 before the number was bet up to 8, while the over/under hit the board at 43 before jumping to 43.5.

In Vegas, the Seahawks also opened as 7.5-point favorites but the number climbed to 8 at the Westgate Superbook, the MGM Mirage and the William Hill. At Wynn LV, the spread has even climbed to 8.5. As for the total, the number hit the board at 43 in Vegas and climbed to 44 at Westgate Superbook, William Hill and Wynn LV.
The Lions are 0-4 against the spread in their last four games overall, are 0-4 against the spread in their last four conference games and are 2-5 at the betting window in their last seven road games. They have also failed to cover the spread in eight of their last 11 games when they face a team with a winning home record.

As for the Seahawks, they’ve covered the spread in four of their last five home games but are just 0-4 against the number in their last four playoff games. They’re also 4-9 at the betting window in their last 13 games following a win and are 0-4-1 against the spread in their last five home games versus a team with a winning road record.
