Browns vs. Bengals Public Betting Information

Our NFL Public Betting Information page indicates that 77% of public bettors are currently backing the Bengals when it comes to the spread. This information is subject to change throughout the day, however, so be sure to check the link so you’re receiving the most up-to-date public betting data.

Cleveland Browns Daily Fantasy Spin

Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman (concussion), defensive tackle Shelby Harris (elbow), and running back Nick Chubb (foot) will all sit out Sunday’s road date with the Bengals. Tillman has 29 catches for 339 yards and 3 touchdowns this season.

Cleveland cornerback Martin Emerson Jr. (back/concussion), quarterback Jameis Winston (shoulder), and tight end David Njoku (hamstring) are all officially listed as questionable to play on Sunday.

It’s worth noting that Cleveland has named Dorian Thompson-Robinson the team’s starting quarterback this weekend. Jameis Winston will likely assume a backup role if he’s healthy enough to play on Sunday.

Cincinnati Bengals Daily Fantasy Spin

Bengals defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins (illness), tight end Tanner Hudson (knee), defensive end Sam Hubbard (knee), and linebacker Joe Bachie (groin) will all miss Sunday’s contest. Rankins and Hubbard are both listed as starters along Cincinnati’s defensive line.

Cincinnati offensive tackle Orlando Brown Jr. (leg), wide receiver Charlie Jones (groin), and guard Alex Cappa (concussion) are all listed as questionable to play on Sunday. Brown and Cappa are listed as starters on the team’s unofficial depth chart. Jones is the team’s starting return man for both punts and kickoffs.

Cleveland is 3-6-1 ATS in their last 10 games against Cincinnati.

Cleveland is 4-6 ATS after a loss this season.

Cincinnati is 7-5-1 ATS after a win since the start of last season.

Cincinnati is 4-2 ATS in their last 6 games overall.

Browns vs. Bengals Betting Prediction:

Cleveland will be starting Dorian Thompson-Robinson at quarterback. The former UCLA signal caller is 1-2 straight up in his career as an NFL starter. DTR has a touchdown-pass-to-interception ratio of 1-7 and a passer rating of 42.6 in his career. The Browns have never scored more than 13 points in a game that Thompson-Robinson has started, and the Cleveland offense is averaging 9.3 points per game in his 3 starts.

The Bengals offense is averaging 28.5 points per game this season. I think Cincinnati’s offense will continue to create explosive plays, and Cleveland’s offense won’t be able to score enough to keep this game competitive. I’m laying the points with the Bengals at home in this one.
