Cleveland Browns DFS Spin
Browns activated Baker Mayfield from the reserve/COVID list. Cleveland will get back CB A.J. Green, backup QB Case Keenum, WR Jarvis Landry, DE Ifeadi Odenigbo, and Mayfield ahead of Saturday’s matchup against the Packers. Mayfield is a thin option for two-game DFS slates and should be avoided altogether in re-draft leagues given his poor recent play.
Green Bay Packers DFS Spin
Aaron Jones (knee) was limited in practice Wednesday. Jones was estimated to be a limited participant on Tuesday as well. This isn’t a surprise as Jones is just a few weeks removed from a knee injury that forced him to miss a game. He will open the week as a limited participant for the remainder of the regular season. Last week, Jones played a majority of the Packers’ snaps for the first time since returning from the knee injury. The increase in workload bodes well for his odds of returning high-end RB2 numbers versus the Browns this week.
NFL Week 16 Betting Prediction
The Browns are just 1-4 against the spread in their last five games against the Packers, are 4-22 against the number in their last 26 games after accumulating less than 90 yards rushing in their previous game and are 19-46-1 at the betting window in their last 66 games following a loss. On the other side, the Packers are 5-0 against the spread in in their last five games as a home favorite, are 11-2 against the number in their last 13 games overall and are 16-5 at the betting window in their last 21 home games.
NFL WEEK 16 PREDICTION: GREEN BAY PACKERS -7.5
