Tampa Bay Bucs DFS Spin
Tom Brady is expected to play in Saturday’s preseason finale against the Colts. Recently returned from an 11-day absence for a “personal matter,” Brady is reportedly 100 percent healthy and practicing in full. He will knock off what remains of the rust in Saturday’s exhibition tilt. It is hard to claim the greatest player of all time missing 11 days in the summer is a big deal, but the Bucs are breaking in new key contributors all over their offense, most notably along the interior line. Even Brady could use the reps, and he will get some this weekend.
Indianapolis Colts DFS Spin
The Athletic’s Zak Keefer believes Michael Pittman is “primed to break out” in 2022. Pittman has looked the part of a dominant alpha wideout throughout Indianapolis’ training camp. In recent scrimmages against the Lions, “Pittman caught everything: crossers, screens, posts down the middle, deep shots on the sideline,” Keefer said. “He was a problem.” By all accounts, Pittman — who was 13th among receivers in targets per route run in 2021 — should be the primary beneficiary of a rejuvenated Colts offense led by Matt Ryan, a significant upgrade over Carson Wentz. Pittman certainly has top-10 upside in 2022.

Bucs vs. Colts Prediction:
Even though Brady will play tonight, it’s unlikely that he’ll go for more than a series or two. Thus, I like the Colts to pick up their first win of the preseason against a Bucs squad that has not been sharp in exhibition play. Tampa hasn’t scored a single point in the fourth quarter thus far, which might point to a lack of overall depth for the Super Bowl contender. The Colts, meanwhile, scored 24 points in their 27-24 loss to the Bills in their first preseason game, then added another 26 to their preseason tally in a 27-26 home loss last week to the Lions. Thus, even their backups have shown that they can move the ball. Give me Indy.
