Will the over cash for bettors when the Bucs visit the Saints at the Superdome on Saturday?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Saints are 3-point home favorites versus the Buccaneers after opening as a 3.5-point favorite earlier in the week. As for the total, the number hit the board at 52.5 and that’s where it currently sits.
The Bucs put themselves behind the 8-ball with a 26-20 loss to the Cowboys last Sunday night. They’re now one game back of the Falcons in the win column, although they currently hold the No. 6 seed in the NFC after the Redskins fell to the Panthers on Monday night. The Bucs did cover against the Cowboys, and have now covered in seven straight games.
The Saints halted a two-game losing skid with a 48-41 win over the Cardinals in Arizona last week. They were a 3-point underdog, so they covered for the first time in the last three weeks. They’re 6-8 overall but have covered the spread in nine of their 14 games this season.

OUR PREDICTION: The under is 13-3 in the last 16 meetings between these two teams and 5-2 in the last seven meetings between these two teams in New Orleans, but I still like the over on Saturday. The over is 9-3-1 in the Saints’ last 13 home games and is 6-1 in their last seven games after accumulating more than 350 total yards in their previous game. The over is also 7-2 in the Bucs’ last nine games coming off a loss.
