Green to light up BAL again?
The AFC North champion Cincinnati Bengals may need to call on A.J. Green one more time this regular season when they host the Baltimore Ravens today.
According to oddsmakers at MyBookie.ag, Cincinnati is favored heavily at home, as the Bengals are getting odds of -10 points against the Ravens. The over/under total for this game has been set at 41.5 points. These two meet today at 1PM ET on FOX.
The Bengals (11-4, 12-2-1 ATS) already have the AFC North won, but they can still get a bye in the playoffs with a win today and a loss by the Broncos to the Chargers at home. Knowing they need a win, the Bengals will probably turn to Green, who is having another strong season. He is seventh in the NFL in receiving yards with 1,263 and he also has 82 receptions with 9 touchdowns. For today’s game, Green has been given an over/under of 5.5 receptions and 82.5 receiving yards against the Ravens (5-10, 4-9-2 ATS).
Baltimore has had a rough season and the Ravens come into this game ranked 18th in the NFL in pass defense, allowing 239.3 yards per game through the air. These two met way back on Sept. 27, with the Bengals getting a 28-24 road victory. In the win, Green caught 10 passes for 227 yards with two touchdowns. It was the most yards Green has had this season. The fifth-year receiver has had at least 6 receptions in six games this season and at least 83 yards in just four games. In the first meeting with Baltimore, Green had Andy Dalton throwing the passes. Today’s he will be paired with A.J. McCarron.
