Can Yeldon break out?
Can the Jacksonville Jaguars get T.J. Yeldon going today when they take on the Tennessee Titans?
According to oddsmakers at MyBookie.ag, the Titans are favored at home in this game, as they are getting odds of -2.5 points against the Jaguars. The over/under total for the game has been set at 43.5 points. These two meet today at 1PM ET on CBS.
The Jaguars (4-7, 6-5 ATS) have a promising rookie RB in Yeldon, but he hasn’t quite had his breakout game this year. Yeldon has run for 621 yards and a touchdown while catching 31 passes for 199 yards and another score. Today, Yeldon is meeting up with a Titans’ defense that has limited opposing running backs’ impact.
Tennessee (2-9, 4-7 ATS) has given up just 982 rushing yards this season to go along with just five rushing touchdowns. They also haven’t let a RB score in the pass game this year either. Oddsmakers aren’t looking for much from Yeldon today either, as his over/under for rushing yards has been set at just 57.5. When these two met back on Nov. 19, Yeldon was held to 54 yards on 14 carries. He has failed to get to 60 yards in his last two games, but has surpassed that mark five times during the year.
